The "Platform 31" Youth Initiatives Forum to Be Held in Belgorod – September 13–17

From September 13 to 17, 2026, the "Platform 31" Youth Initiatives Forum will take place in the Belgorod Region. The forum is organised to support student initiatives, facilitate the self-realisation of students, and enhance their competencies and skills.
The forum programme includes:
- Meetings with experts and opinion leaders.
- Thematic lectures, trainings, and master classes in relevant areas delivered by specialists.
- Practical sessions and independent work on the topics.
- Creative activities (quests, intellectual quizzes, business games).

Participants: Students of higher education institutions from the Central Federal District aged 18 to 27 inclusive, enrolled in bachelor's and master's programmes, who have submitted an application via the "Youth of Russia" automated information system.
