The Faculty of Information Technologies at Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE) is holding the XXIII All-Russian Scientific Conference "Neurocomputers and Their Applications," dedicated to current issues in the application of neural networks and other trainable structures in natural, technical, and human sciences.

Conference date: November 24, 2026

The conference will be held remotely (online).

Registration is open until November 6, 2026.

The conference has been held for more than two decades and has established itself as a stable platform for specialists working with neural networks, trainable structures, and intelligent information systems. The accumulated experience makes it possible to connect fundamental research with applied problems: from learning theory and neuromathematics to industrial, medical, educational, and technical solutions. This continuity – the combination of established scientific schools and new directions – determines this year's program.

Based on the results of previous conferences, including the XXII Conference in 2024, the thematic sections have been refined. The program of the XXIII Conference additionally includes directions related to large language models, generative artificial intelligence, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and multi-agent architectures. This reflects the current state of the field and provides an opportunity to discuss both classical neurocomputer problems and current applied applications.

The following sections are planned for the conference:

  • Theory of neural networks, neuromathematics, and new learning paradigms.
  • Large language models and generative artificial intelligence.
  • Retrieval-augmented generation systems and multi-agent systems.
  • Intelligent information systems and decision-making.
  • Practical applications of neurocomputer technologies in industry and security.
  • Neural networks in signal, image, and multimedia processing.
  • Trainable structures in psychology, medicine, and education.
  • Bionics, robotics, and embodied artificial intelligence.
  • Characterization analysis, digital twins, and information modeling technologies, augmented and virtual reality.
  • Biometric systems.

A competition for the best scientific paper is held within the framework of the conference.

Time until the deadline is limited. We kindly ask authors planning to participate to submit their materials in advance so that the organizing committee can review applications, allocate presentations to sections, and prepare the program.

Participation in the conference and publication in the proceedings are free of charge.

Printed versions of the theses are not planned this year. An electronic version of the proceedings will be available to all interested parties. Materials accepted for publication will be indexed in the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index).

You can view materials from previous conferences on the website of the MSUPE Faculty of Information Technologies.
