Natalia Vladimirovna Tkachenko, Associate Professor at the Department of Ethnopsychology and Psychological Problems of Multicultural Education, and Natalia Vladimirovna Tarulina, Leading Analyst at the Federal Coordination Resource Center for Psychological and Sociocultural Adaptation of Underage Foreign Citizens, conducted a series of trainings from August 23 to 29 as part of a seminar-meeting for pedagogical staff of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Center for International Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation" working abroad under the international humanitarian project "Russian Teacher Abroad."

The seminar-meeting participants included:

  • Representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation.
  • Staff of the Center for International Cooperation of the Russian Ministry of Education.
  • Pedagogical staff of the Center for International Cooperation working abroad under the "Russian Teacher Abroad" project: Tajikistan, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, and far abroad countries (Serbia, Latin American countries, Cuba, Pakistan, African countries).

In a training format, Natalia Vladimirovna Tarulina and Natalia Vladimirovna Tkachenko discussed with participants such topics as "Teacher Emotional Burnout: Diagnosis, Stages, and Self-Help Methods" and "Intercultural Dialogue and Stress Resilience: From Understanding to Constructive Interaction." During the meeting, participants were able to discuss their professional challenges and potential sources of burnout in a relaxed atmosphere. Through lively dialogue, they analysed the psychological causes of exhaustion and the specifics of the chronic fatigue teachers face daily. Together with the participants, the facilitators sought answers to questions about the causes of overwork and examined key markers for noticing the first signs of emotional decline. The main goal of the sessions was to find practical ways to restore inner strength and maintain balance in a constant multitasking mode. As a result, participants left with practical self-help tools to effectively perform their duties and care for themselves, even in unfamiliar cultural environments.

During the meetings with seminar participants, further avenues for cooperation were outlined.
