We invite you to a public lecture "The Social Situation of Development of Children and Adolescents in the Modern World: The Role of Digital Loneliness" on September 25 at 11:00 AM.
The lecture will examine data on the increase in emotional maladjustment among young people, as well as data from domestic and foreign research on the factors contributing to this increase. Special attention will be paid to the factor of emotional loneliness, as well as an analysis of the reasons for the prevalence of these experiences in the modern digital society, where virtual communication increasingly dominates and face-to-face interaction is diminishing.
Alongside risk factors, protective factors that prevent young people's developmental trajectories from leading to emotional maladjustment and can serve as a support for specialists providing psychological assistance will also be considered.
