Psychological Assistance to Socially Vulnerable Individuals Using Distance Technologies: Invitation to the Conference on December 11–12
On December 11–12, 2026, Moscow State University of Psychology and Education (MSUPE), the Faculty of Distance Learning at MSUPE, and the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of Distance Learning invite you to the XIII International Conference "Psychological Assistance to Socially Vulnerable Individuals Using Distance Technologies (Online Counseling and Distance Learning)."
The goals of the conference are:
- Discussion, analysis, and synthesis of methodological approaches and technologies for providing psychological assistance.
- Presentation and dissemination of effective practices for providing psychological assistance to socially vulnerable individuals and groups based on distance technologies.
- Uniting the efforts of the scientific community in studying and understanding helping behavior as a psychological phenomenon, including that implemented using distance technologies.
- Comprehension of contemporary challenges in light of the demands on psychological theory and practice.
We will be glad to see you among the participants of our conference as:
- A participant in round tables and section work.
- An author of an article included in the conference proceedings.
- A leader of a master class or creative workshop.
The conference will be held online on the MTS-Link platform.

An online broadcast of the conference events is planned: links will be provided before the conference for registered participants.
Participation in the conference and publication of conference materials are free of charge.
Practical psychologists and psychotherapists, representatives of helping professions, volunteers and organizers of volunteer movements, teachers, staff, and students of secondary vocational and higher education institutions, representatives of education and social protection departments of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and representatives of public, non-profit, and religious organizations are invited to participate.
Applications for participation and materials for publication are accepted until December 1, 2026. Applications for presentations and for conducting round tables and master classes are also accepted, with a brief description of the content of the proposed event.

Please note that articles for publication in the conference proceedings are also accepted until December 1, 2026, at the email address: Mari505@mail.ru. All submitted materials undergo a peer review process. The program committee reserves the right to refuse publication of submitted materials if they do not correspond to the conference theme and publication requirements.
The conference proceedings are indexed in the RSCI and will be published electronically within 3 months after the conference. The volume of articles is up to 5 pages. The requirements for formatting printed materials are presented in the Appendix.
