Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation: The first weeks of school are always a serious test for a child. The transition from a relaxed summer rhythm to a strict schedule is a huge burden on the child's psyche and health. During the adaptation period, children often tire more quickly, become irritable or distracted. And this is normal. The main task of a parent is not to control every step but to be a support. Lyudmila Saulina, crisis psychologist at the Federal Coordination Center for Ensuring the Development of Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance in the Education System of the Russian Federation at MSUPE, explained how to do this.
RIA Novosti: The Russian Ministry of Education has launched the "School of Trust" psychological help line to support the resolution of problematic situations in Russian schools. School students, their parents, and teachers can call the single free number 8-800-707-02-01. The round-the-clock line is organized on the basis of the Federal Coordination Center for Ensuring the Development of Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance in the Education System of the Russian Federation at MSUPE.
TASS: The main known motives that prompt people to engage in charity are known: the desire to help a specific person, to influence a situation, to express one's values, and to feel involved in an important cause. Educational psychologist and methodologist at the Center for Evidence-Based Social Design at MSUPE Alexey Gazaryan notes that charity can be both conscious and regular, and an impulsive reaction to a specific request for help. The expert also explained the effect of "helper's high" and research data showing that charity and volunteering can increase feelings of happiness, meaningfulness of life, and well-being.
Lapsha Media: MSUPE expert, Deputy Head of the Federal Coordination Center for Ensuring the Development of Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance in the Education System of the Russian Federation at MSUPE Olga Yurchuk conducted a live broadcast on the digital safety of children and adolescents. They discussed how to recognize fraud and recruitment attempts, the dangers of transferring a bank card or account, and what to do in the face of threats and pressure online.
Radio "Govorit Moskva": MSUPE Vice-Rector for Scientific Work Sergey Kosaretsky spoke out against the use of physical punishment in raising children. He noted that physical violence, even when used by parents with good intentions, can negatively affect a child's mental health, development, and subsequent behaviour. According to the speaker, such a method does not help improve the situation and should not be considered an effective tool of upbringing.

Azaliya Zinatullina, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Extreme Psychology at MSUPE, notes that if it becomes difficult to concentrate every day for a week, and a single task takes several times longer, this is a strong reason to consult a doctor or psychologist.
