The Motherland Is People: An Open Dialogue of Students with Famous Experts on Professional Self-Determination Held at the "Russia" Center
MSUPE students attended a thematic meeting, "The Motherland Is People. Professionals of the Future," held at the National Center "Russia." The event brought together representatives of leading universities, experts in education and personnel policy, as well as young specialists interested in building a professional trajectory in modern conditions.
The students were addressed by well-known experts: Alexander Smekalin, Director of the Competence Center for Personnel for the Digital Industry; Natalia Zolotaryova, Head of the "Professionalitet" project; and Alexey Komissarov, representative of the platform "Russia – Land of Opportunities." During the open dialogue with the speakers, students discussed issues of self-realization, mentoring, and the contribution of young specialists to the country's development, as well as touched upon topics of professional adaptation, the demand for psychological and pedagogical personnel, and the role of a mentor in personality formation. The discussion was moderated by Dmitry Nikolaevich Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
Of particular interest were the topics related to human capital and the social mission of the chosen profession, raised in the speeches of the invited guests. Following the visit, the participants noted the importance of such platforms for shaping worldview orientations and professional self-determination of young people, and also expressed their readiness to participate in new projects of the National Center "Russia."
