Anna Yuryevna Kuznetsova, Deputy Chairperson of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, in her address to the competition participants, noted:
"Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has repeatedly emphasized the special role of psychological support in the upbringing of the younger generation, calling care for the psychological well-being of children one of the key tasks of the state. It is our common duty to ensure the implementation of these decisions at all levels.
The role of psychologists is growing even more due to increased attention to upbringing and interaction between family and school. About 40% of school students experience heightened stress, and every fifth graduate shows signs of emotional burnout. These figures represent real lives of children who need timely and qualified assistance. That is why the work of educational psychologists is acquiring particular significance today.
We are open to joint work and ready to provide comprehensive support to the professional community. I am confident that your experience, energy, and dedication will become a solid foundation for the further development of the psychological service in Russia", she said.
Andrey Viktorovich Nikolaev, Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, congratulated the competition participants and noted that 20 years of the competitive movement have shown that a strong team of specialists providing psychological and pedagogical assistance has been established in the Russian education system: "We, the jury members, were delighted by your developments, your ability to solve non-standard tasks, and your generosity in sharing your experience," said the Deputy Minister of Education.
Larisa Pavlovna Falkovskaya, Director of the Department of State Policy for the Protection of Children's Rights, emphasized in her speech that the competition unites the entire professional community of psychologists in our country from Kamchatka to Kaliningrad.
