About 2,400 Consultations Conducted by Specialists of the "School of Trust" Line
The round-the-clock "School of Trust" line, used by school students, parents, and educators, has become an in-demand tool for psychological assistance: specialists have already conducted about 2,400 consultations. A single free number is available for callers: +7 (800) 707-02-01. Assistance can also be obtained in written form by sending an electronic request on the website.
Requests are received by qualified psychologists who provide round-the-clock assistance on various issues, including adaptation at school, aggressive behavior, worries about academic performance, low learning motivation, conflicts between the child and peers and adults, including in the digital environment, parents' relationships with the school, and many others.
39.2% of requests to the "School of Trust" line came from children and adolescents, 23.4% from parents (legal representatives), 1.5% from teaching staff. Another 36% of calls were received from other adults or classified as cases where the category of the caller was not established.
The main topics of requests were conflict situations and intrapersonal problems, as well as difficulties with studies. Callers ask for advice on how to build relationships at school, in the family, or with peers. Consultants help resolve the difficulties that have arisen.
Recall that the round-the-clock psychological assistance line "School of Trust" has been operating since September 11, 2026. It was opened by the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, Sergey Kravtsov. Children, parents, and educators can receive support from specialists in a difficult situation, discuss the problem, and determine what to do next.
The line operates on the basis of the Federal Coordination Center for Ensuring the Development of Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance in the Education System of the Russian Federation at Moscow State University of Psychology and Education.
Earlier, MSUPE Rector Arkady Margolis told TASS that Moscow State University of Psychology and Education intends to transfer knowledge and algorithms of the "School of Trust" psychological assistance line to colleagues in the regions so that access to it is uniform across the country.
