The Strategic Planning Session for Pedagogical University Management Teams Continues Its Work

The main part of the day on October 28 was dedicated to group work among the participants.

In functional groups focusing on key areas of pedagogical universities' activities, university teams formulated and discussed project solutions. Afterwards, participants from the "Management (Rectors)," "Upbringing," and "Media" tracks worked within the problem group "Educational Environment Safety" with the participation of Andrey Milyokhin, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Belgorod Region, while participants from the "Education" track discussed cooperation with secondary vocational education organizations.

The session was attended by Andrey Blinov, Deputy General Director of the Russian Science Foundation; Lana Samarina, First Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Vedomosti business publication; Anastasia Leontyeva, expert in strategic PR and GR communications and press secretary for Rostec's UEC; Anastasia Kalugina, First Deputy Managing Director of the Humanitarian Projects Foundation; Vladimir Kirik, Director of the Academy of Psychology and Pedagogy at Southern Federal University, member of the Education Council under the Governor of the Rostov Region, Chairman of the Public Council under the Education Directorate of Rostov-on-Don, and head of the Educational Cluster under the Council of Rectors of Universities of the South of Russia; and Maria Maslennikova, Deputy Head of the Department of Development and Advanced Training within the Department of State Policy in Secondary Vocational Education and Professional Training of the Ministry of Education of Russia.

The business game "The Future of Pedagogical Education" concluded, during which participants designed a vision for the future of pedagogical education.

At the end of the day, the teams formulated and presented key proposals and project solutions from the functional groups for discussion.
