MSUPE (Moscow State University of Psychology and Education) does not have its own dormitory.

Applicants from other cities and Russian citizens planning to enroll in MSUPE should independently find accommodation in Moscow or the Moscow region.

Please note that if out-of-town students (citizens of the Russian Federation) require assistance with accommodation in dormitories/hotels of other universities/organizations that are not educational institutions (such as assistance with requests from MSUPE or other documents), and if there are available spots in these dormitories, they should contact the Social Work Sector at MSUPE.

Information can be obtained in person, by phone at +7 (495) 607-20-17, Monday to Thursday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Friday is not a reception day), or by email at kukhtenyayi@mgppu.ru.

When contacting the Social Work Sector, it is mandatory to include your full name, study group number (for students), and a contact phone number. Anonymous requests will not be considered, and the Social Work Sector will not respond to such inquiries.

To receive assistance with accommodation in dormitories/hotels of other universities/organizations (if available spots are provided), applicants or students from other cities must submit a request for assistance at the Social Work Sector.
