Important Information about Access Control System

For employees and students of MSUPE (Moscow State University of Psychology & Education), the use of Electronic Cards (electronic passes) to enter facilities (premises) equipped with an access control system (ACS) is mandatory.

Failure to present an electronic card when passing through security checkpoints is considered as a violation of access control rules and may result in disciplinary measures (except in cases of visiting the Security Department to replace an Electronic Card).

Each employee and student is personally responsible for carrying the electronic card and any necessary documents granting access to MSUPE facilities (premises). It is prohibited to allow another person to use the Electronic Card.

What to Do If an Electronic Card Is Lost or Malfunctioning?

In case of loss (or malfunctioning) of Electronic Card its owner must immediately notify the direct supervisor (for employees), your group supervisor, deputy dean/director (for students).

Visit the Security Department to obtain a replacement Card.

Failure to comply with the MSUPE Charter, Internal Regulations, or other local policies (including access control violations and permitting unauthorized entry using one's card) may result in the following disciplinary actions for students:

• disciplinary remark,
• reprimand,
• expulsion from the university.
