The program is aimed at training academic bachelors with basic knowledge in the field of psychology, as well as competencies enshrined in the Federal State Educational Standard for this area.
A distinctive feature of this program is the formation of specialized knowledge in various areas of psychology, such as experimental psychology, cognitive psychology, comparative psychology, psychophysiology, and many others.
The training involves obtaining deep theoretical knowledge for carrying out research activities and acquiring practical skills in working with various hardware methods that allow for research using EEG, MRI, MEG, eye tracking, VR, polygraph, and many others.
In addition, graduates will master a wide range of diagnostic methods and gain competencies in the field of psychological counselling, including animal-assisted therapy and correctional psychological work using virtual reality.
Graduates of this program are able to work in the research field in both public organizations and private companies, conducting their own research projects or applying the knowledge gained in the program to create startup projects, analyze user experience in various companies, and also provide advice on the use of modern hardware techniques.
In addition, experimental psychologists are able to work in educational institutions and social assistance to the population, in the fields of healthcare, culture, sports, national defence, jurisprudence, management, and many others.
